Dream Sailing operates luxury sailing yachts for crewed charter.

Our crewed sailing yachts offer a warm welcome and the opportunity to taste the glamorous and exciting world of yachting on an affordable scale. Established in 2003 by Alan and Michelle, owners of DreamCatcher, Dream Sailing now manages a fleet of top quality yachts available for charter in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Matt and Trish joined the management team in 2007, having crewed DreamCatcher for the previous two summers.

Alan and Michelle are widely travelled and have been yacht owners for many years. They both quit senior management careers in London in order to change their lifestyle and pursue their passion for the outdoor life. Alan is a qualified RYA Yachtmaster and has extensive sailing experience which includes crossing the Southern Ocean from Sydney to Cape Town . Michelle is an experienced and accomplished cook. She tests and develops on-board menus with the emphasis on healthy, flavoursome food using the best fresh, local produce and specialities.

Matt and Trish are an experienced yacht crew and both are qualified RYA Yachtmasters. Before joining Dream Sailing they were in charge of water sports on Necker Island , Richard Branson’s luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands . Matt is a qualified engineer and Trish is also an experienced keel boat instructor. As well as their involvement in the company, they continue to crew yachts during the summer season and are hugely popular hosts.

Whilst Dream Sailing manages our fleet’s charter activities, our other company Dream Yachts supplies, commissions and equips them, as well as providing all of the spare parts and accessories required to ensure they remain in top condition.

Our philosophy is simple: if we exceed our guests’ expectations they will return again and again. Everything we do is aimed at ensuring that a holiday aboard any of our yachts will be your best ever.
